The Home Screen is your command center. It features:
- Total Balance Card: Shows your net worth across all accounts.

Transaction Management
Adding transactions is fast and intuitive. Smart categorization learns from your history to suggest categories automatically.
Important Note
Deleting a transaction linked to a business sale will prompt you to reverse the inventory change first.

Inventory Management
Adding Products
Navigate to Inventory > Add Product. You can:
- Scan Barcodes using the device camera.
- Set Low Stock Alerts to get notified when quantity drops.
- Link initial stock purchase to a specific bank account for accurate accounting.
POS & Sales
The built-in Point of Sale (POS) system allows you to create invoices, manage customer credit, and process payments instantly.

Thank you for choosing Flow Money ("we," "us," "our"). We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. This Privacy Policy is designed to help you understand what information we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and what rights you have in relation to it. This policy applies to all information collected through our mobile application ("App").
1. What Information Do We Collect?
We only collect information necessary to provide the App's functionality.

Device Permissions
Camera: To allow you to scan barcodes for inventory management or QR codes for data entry. We do not access your camera or photos at any other time.
2. How We Use Your Information
Our primary purpose for using your information is to deliver the high-quality financial management service you expect.
- Provide Service: Operate core features like transaction logging and report generation.
- Manage Account: Authenticate login and ensure security.
- Communicate: Respond to support requests and send important updates.
- Legal Compliance: Enforce terms and comply with laws.
3. Third-Party Services
We share data with trusted providers only for app operation. We do not sell or rent your personal data.
- Google Firebase: For secure authentication and cloud storage.
- Stock API Services: To fetch real-time stock prices (Ticker symbols only). No personal data is shared.
4. Data Security
We take the security of your data very seriously and implement robust technical and organizational measures to protect it.
- Encryption: All data transmitted between your device and our cloud services is encrypted in transit using TLS. Data stored in our cloud database is also encrypted at rest.
- Local Storage: Your data is stored in a secure, private database on your device.
- Access Controls: We use passcode and device-native biometric authentication.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary to provide you with our services.
You have the right to delete your account and all associated personal data at any time via Settings > Account > Delete Account.
6. Your Data Protection Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- The right to access and request copies of your personal data.
- The right to rectification of inaccurate information.
- The right to erasure (deletion) of your personal data.
- The right to restrict processing.
- The right to data portability (App's CSV export feature facilitates this).
7. International Data Transfers
Your information may be stored and processed in countries other than your own where our third-party service providers (like Google Firebase) maintain servers. We ensure adequate protection in these jurisdictions.
8. Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.
9. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by a revised "Last updated" date.
